“Improvisation without a plan is like tennis without tennis balls”- Lars von Triers
300 scenes in 300 minutes using 300 distinct characters inspired by 300 single word suggestions from the audience.
On Saturday March 7th, 2014 Trev Fleming plans to attempt just this! The show is called ‘300’ (surprisingly)
Nothing like this has ever been done before in the UK.
Aiding him throughout will be various members of Impropriety CIC as scene partners but only Trev will be attempting the full 300 minutes.
Details:
Venue: 81 Renshaw, an independent arts café/theatre space,
Tickets: £3 for a single episode or £12 for the full six hours. Tickets available on the door, cash only.
Times: Sections start 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm & 9pm.
The event is suitable for 14yrs+
This endeavour is in conjunction with NorthWest Cancer Research and Impropriety. Donations can be made through www.justgiving.com/Trev-Fleming
Cancer Research is a cause very close to Trev’s heart as he lost both his parents to cancer. The date of the event has been carefully timed to coincide with the anniversary of his mothers’ passing. This performance will be both a fundraiser and a tribute.
This promises to be a unique experience that only the strong can endure! Improvisers, prepare for glory!
